Hello, everyone,
Thanks for all your prompt replies. For those who are coming to the meeting, we'll meet at the indoor range tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7:00 pm. Gary is getting detailed information about the range layout used at 2006 JOAD Nationals, number of targets, computer data, scorecards, etc., from the Cincinnati club that hosted it.
Put your thinking caps on--we'll need all your ideas!
Looking forward to seeing you!
Sincerely,
Jane

Hello to all!
Trosper has been awarded the 2008 JOAD National Championship by USA Archery, and we need to get together to make our plans. This event will have 250-300 participants and will be an opportunity for our kids to compete with archers from all parts of the country right here at home! We need to choose a location, find sponsors and volunteers, buy and make range equipment, etc. Please let me know which evenings) this week is(are) convenient for you to meet for this purpose. And let me know whether you'd prefer to meet in Edmond or at the indoor range.
If you know persons not on the list above who are interested in helping with this project, please forward this message to them and/or let me know so I can add them to the list once the meeting date is set.
Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP!
Sincerely,
Jane
